2 ISIS Terrorists Enter in Uttar Pradesh: Intelligence Agencies

Intelligence agencies have received information about the entry of two terrorists operating in the south Indian states into Uttar Pradesh. According to intelligence agencies, these terrorists may be in districts bordering the Nepal border of Uttar Pradesh.

Intelligence agencies said that they are trying to enter into Nepal by crossing the Indian border. Security agencies have become alert and the terrorists are being searched. High alert has been issued in districts close to Nepal such as Gorakhpur, Siddharthnagar, Kushinagar and Maharajganj etc.

Intelligence agencies said that the last time these two terrorists were seen in Siliguri, West Bengal. They have been identified as Khwaja Moinuddin and Abdul Samad. Khwaja Moinuddin is associated with ISIS and has been active in South Indian states.

The NIA investigation had revealed that after returning from Syria, Khwaja Moinuddin used to brainwash the youth in South India and other states and linked them to ISIS. He is also in touch with Pak-backed terrorist organization Indian Mujahideen.

According to intelligence sources, both the terrorists were seen in Siliguri, West Bengal till 16 December.
