Assistant Commandant Of CRPF Naresh Kumar, Receives 7th Police Medal For Gallantry Who Has Neutralized More Than 50 Terrorists

35-year-old Naresh Kumar, Assistant Commandant of CRPF has created the history by receiving 7th his seventh Police Medal for Gallantry (PMG) award. He has now become the most decorated officer after receiving his 7th Police Medal for Gallantry (PMG) medal. He has received all these medals in last four years.

“Naresh Kumar, a courageous and sharp minded officer of CRPF has created history by receiving his 7th Police Medal for gallantry in a short span of four years. Naresh Kumar has headed the QAT of CRPF in Kashmir valley. This year the alone Valley QAT has received more than 15 gallantry medals, ” CRPF said.

Assistant Commandant Naresh Kumar has neutralised more than 50 terrorists with his team in kashmir valley. He had received his sixth Police Medal for Gallantry (PMG) on Republic Day this year.

“I got my first in 2017 for an operation which was conducted in Srinagar in 2016. Here, we neutralised two foreign terrorists. Similarly, in 2018, I was awarded two PMGs, including one in which we neutralised two Hizbul Mujahideen commanders,” Said CRPF Assistant Commandant Naresh Kumar to ANI in January.
