6 LeT terrorists have entered in India via sea route from Rameswaram. According to Intel input, Six Lashkar-e-taiba terrorists entered in Tamilnadu through SriLanka via sea route.
According to Intel inputs, one member name is ilyas Anwar who is Pakistani national and five others are Srilankan national.
According to further Intel inputs, A group consist of 6 LeT terrorists (1 Pakistani & 5 Sri Lankan Tamil Muslims) are said to have disguised as Hindus and may carry out terror attacks in the state.
The intended targets of this terror group include places of Religious importance, tourist places with high foreigners footfalls, crowded places & important leaders of political & social organisations. They may also try to attack vital security installation including foreign embassies, Central/State govt establishment. They may also target the Hindu leaders & places of worship.
After this input, the security system is so tightened that more than 2000 extra policemen are on duty to tackle this situation.
