On Thursday, A seminar was held in Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU) where JNU administration called a senior leader from Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. Jitendra Singh, to give a lecture at the university’s convention center at 3 pm in the evening.
The JNU Students’ Union said that on October 3, Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh was scheduled to speak on development, peace and stability in Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370. Meanwhile, The students of Left wing organisation AISA (All India Students Association) started protesting with placards and loud anti India slogans at the venue.

After this, Scuffle broke out between two groups of students during seminar on article 370 in Jawaharlal Nehru University campus. The ABVP members raised slogans like “Kashmir se Kanyakumari, Bharat mata ek hamari” while on the other hand, the voice of freeing Kashmir was heard from left student wing.

At the same time, The students of right wing student organisation ABVP reached at venue and started raising slogans like ” Kashmir se Kanyakumari, Bharat mata ek hamari “
