Once again Azadi slogans have been raised in Aligarh Muslim University in Uttar Pradesh. After the death of Hizbul Mujahid’s Terrorist, Manan Wani, Some students tried to read Namaz-e-Janaza at Aligarh Muslim University but the AMU administration and some senior students stopped them from doing so. After which these students started slogan of Azaadi-Azaadi.
It’s bad enough that he’s being called a “scholar”, not a terrorist. It’s worse that AMU is glorifying Manan Wani with a Namaz-e-Janaza.What happened to terror having no religion? When educational institutes become breeding grounds for fundamentalists, alarm bells should ring.
