The Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested a fraud man who used to target Indian Army’s soldiers. The surprising thing is that this fraud man himself had worked in the Indian Army for 12 years. In order to trap the innocent soldiers in his trap, He sometimes became major and sometimes captain. After receiving a complaint from the army, the Delhi Police has arrested this fraud man.

The name of this fraud man is Hemant Kumar who belongs to Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh. He had worked in the Indian Army from the year 2001 to 2013, but due to his bad behaviour, the Indian army took action against him. After this person absconded, Later the army declared Hemant Kumar as a fugitive. Hemant started cheating the Indian Army jawans. In the initial investigation, the police have found that Hemant had cheated more than two dozen soldiers of Indian Army.

Hemant was well aware in all aspects of Indian Army while working in the army. That is why, at all the railway stations of Delhi NCR, he used to target those army personnel who were waiting for their train to go home on holidays or to go back to their posts from vacation. First Hemant used to befriend those soldiers then he used to tell them that he is a major too. He sometimes became major and sometimes captain. Then He served tea with those jawans.

If the train had time to arrive, then he would have taken those soldiers to a guest house or hotel near the station. Then he used to send the soldiers for a bath in bathroom. Then he used to take out the card or money from the purse of the soldiers. He used to take the I-Card of Jawan because He knew that if any Army personnel lost the I-Card, the Department takes action against them and no one wants to get caught in such problems.

Therefore, in lieu of the I-card, Hemant used to demand Rs 40 to 50 thousand rupees from those soldiers. In this way, he had found a new way to earn money from the business of cheating and extortion.
