The Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) administration has issued an advisory for Amarnath Yatri and tourists staying in kashmir valley and asked them to leave the kashmir valley as soon as possible.
The security advisory to the Amarnath pilgrims and the tourists in the Kashmir Valley says, “Keeping in view the latest intelligence inputs of security threats, with specific targeting of the Amarth Yatra, and given the prevailing security situation in the Kashmir Valley, in the interest of safety and security of the tourists and Amarnath Yatris, it is advised that they may curtail their stay in the Valley immediately and take necessary measures to return as soon as possible.”

Government has also suspended the Amarnath yatra till 4th August due to security reasons. Security forces have also recovered the IED from Amarnath Yatra’s route.
The security forces even recovered a Pakistan Ordnance factory anti-personnel-mine.
Security forces have also recovered American M-24 sniper rifle with telescope which is used by the Pakistan armed forces.
