ICJ finds Pakistan guilty in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case

In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian citizen jailed in Pakistan, the International Court of Justice has exposed Pakistan in the United Nations (UN). The ICJ told the UN that Pakistan violated the Vienna convention by not giving consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav.
