Army Chief Bipin Rawat visited Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. This is the army chief’s first visit to the Kashmir Valley after removal of Article 370. Army Chief Bipin Rawat visited the Valley to review the security situation and preparations of the security forces to deal with any emergency situation in Kashmir.
Ministry of Defence has officially released a pic of Army chief Bipin Rawat where he is looking across the Line of Control into Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

During this, Bipin Rawat also met army personnel. He asked the soldiers to be ready to deal with any emergency situation. Along with this, he also boosted the morale of army personnel. It is being told that the army chief praised the soldiers and appreciated the efforts to stop the infiltration.
