Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist Mohammed Mosiuddin alias Abu Musa attacked the Chief Judge during a hearing in the City Sessions Court in Calcutta yesterday. Abu Musa threw the shoes at the judge during the hearing of 2014 Burdwan blast case.
However, the shoe could not reach the judge and hit a lawyer. Abu Musa has been taken into custody by the NIA and he is lodged in the Presidency Jail. NIA has filed a petition for prosecution through video conferencing.
Musa has attacked people in jail earlier too. In January this year, he attacked the warden in the Presidency Jail. In December 2017, he had slashed the throat of a prison guard in Alipur Jail. While leaving the court Musa said, ‘I do not trust this justice system, I only trust the justice of Allah.‘
