Mehbooba Mufti’s threat, removal of Article 370 and 35A will end the relationship of J&K with India

Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti has threatened that if Article 370 and 35A is removed then Jammu Kashmir will end the relationship with India. The former Chief Minister said in a threatening tone that 370 and 35A states have a distinct identity, which will be preserved in every situation.After losing the Chief Minister’s post, who came to Rajouri for the first time, the PDP president, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have to become Atal Bihari Vajpayee for normalizing the situation of the state, for which it is necessary to talk to Pakistan.


Describing the dialogue between India and Pakistan for peace in South Asia as “compulsory”, the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti, on Tuesday appealed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi Should extend the hand to Imran Khan in Pakistan for the sake of Kashmir. She want to say that Narendra modi should talk with Pakistan Pm Imran Khan and try to amke him friend.

Addressing a public meeting at Rajouri, the PDP president said, “Peace in South Asia is possible only when peace in Jammu Kashmir will be ensured.” It is known that the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Party (PDP) condemned the remarks made in the court on behalf of the state government’s advocate during the hearing of Article 35A of the Constitution in the Supreme Court. The party said that the Governor SP Malik should ensure that the state should keep its position fair and firmly.

Currently the case of Article 35A is going on in court and court has decided that it will give the decision about Article 35A on 19th January, 2019. so in this matter Mehboba Mufti said that if Article 35A and Article 370 is removed from Jammu & Kashmir then Jammu & Kashmir will end up the relationship with India fully.

Article 35A was included in the Constitution in 1954 by the President’s Order (Presidency Order). Under this, the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir received certain rights. Under this arrangement, no person outside the state can purchase real estate in the state. This system deprives the woman of the state of property rights which marries outside the state. This provision also applies to their successors.
