The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested three persons including two from Punjab’s most-wanted list and one accused from Begu village in Sirsa district of Haryana. The arrested accused have been identified as Ranjit Singh, his brother Gagandeep, both residents of Punjab and Gurmeet Singh of Sirsa.

They used to work for Pakistani Intelligence Agency ISI to deliver narcotics in India and the money from it was used in terrorist activities in Kashmir.
Arrested Ranjit Singh is also the prime accused in recent Hizbul Mujahideen terror funding module which which was busted with the arrest of Hilal Ahmed Waggay with Rs 29 lacs in Amritsar by Punjab Police. This money was being transported to Kashmir to be handed over to Hizbul terrorist Riyaz Naikoo
