No Hizbul Terrorist In south Kashmir’s Tral Now, First Time Since 1989: J&K Police

Today three Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists including a top commander were neutralised by Security forces in an encounter at Chewa Ular in Tral area of Awantipora, Pulwama district in Jammu & Kashmir.

After this encounter, The Jammu & Kashmir Police claimed that there was no Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in the Tral area of Pulwama district now — the first time since 1989.

“After today’s successful operations, no presence of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in Tral area. It has happened for first time since 1989: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar,” Kashmir zone police tweeted on its official Twitter handle.
