Yesterday, Pakistani National Assembly unanimously adopted resolutions to recall its ambassador from France in protest against the comment of French president Emmanuel Macron.
This resolution was moved by Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi. It urged the government to recall Pakistan’s ambassador from France.
Interestingly, Pakistan has no ambassador posted in Paris as its ambassador Moin-ul-Haq has left France three months ago when he was transferred to China.
Since Pakistani ambassador Moin-ul-Haq’s transfer to China, Pakistan has no ambassador in France as the Pakistani Foreign Ministry has not appointed his replacement as of yet.
Pakistani Parliament adopted resolutions condemning French president Macron’s remarks.
Soon after the adoption of the resolution, Pakistani National Assembly demanded that the Ambassador of Pakistan in France should be recalled immediately.
