Jammu and Kashmir Police has arrested an ISI agent in Jammu on Wednesday. The arrested agent has been identified as Pankaj Sharma , resident of Tarore, Samba who was working as an operative of Pakistani intelligence agencies.
It is alleged that Pankaj Sharma used to send pictures and videos of bridges and drains besides security camps at Jammu, Samba and Kathua to ISI via social media.

The police is investigating Pankaj Sharma’s social media account. Investigation revealed that the accused Pankaj had been sending photographs to Pakistan for three years. In return, ISI agents sent money from Saudi Arabia to his bank account. He did not send any information to Pakistan in the last six months due to internet blockade in state. The associates of the accused Pankaj Kumar are also being monitored. He used to work with a fruit merchant in Narwal.
It is learned that he used to record videos of security forces buildings, camps, bridges and drains and saved it in drafts of his e-mail account. His e-mail password was also with the ISI agent. ISI agents used to sit in Pakistan, opened his e-mails and took out photographs and videos and used it to plot attacks against India.
