Constable Rahman Khan of ITBP fired on his fellow soldiers. 6 Martyred, 2 Injured

There was a clash between Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel in Narayanpur in Chhattisgarh. Narayanpur Superintendent of Police Mohit Garg said that 6 soldiers were died and two were injured in the clash. Police is currently investigating the case.

This incident of clash took place around 9:30 am at B/45 Battalion in Kadenar camp of ITBP . Senior police officers have also confirmed the incident. The police team has reached the spot and the bodies are being removed. Some soldiers are injured in the incident who have been taken to the hospital.

Constable Rahman Khan of 45th bn ITBP fired on fellow soldiers in which 5 soldiers have been martyred and three others have bullet injuries. Injured soldiers being rushed to Raipur in a chopper for better medical facilities. Police also confirmed that ITBP constable Rahman Khan fired from his personal weapon.

ITBP sources confirmed about this incident. The name of accused constable was Rehman Khan and he was inducted in 2009, and is from West Bengal.
